Services & printing

Make your services easy to discover and compare.

Give customers a clear list of what your business offers. A QR service catalog helps salons, beauty businesses, printing shops and repair providers present their services on a phone.

Describe exactly what each service includes

Group related offerings into categories so customers can find what they need. A salon might separate haircuts and beauty services. A printing shop could use document printing, binding and stationery. A repair business can list the service types it handles.

Use specific service names and descriptions. Explain the scope of a listed price, such as a clearly defined print size or a standard service. Where cost depends on an assessment or custom specification, ask customers to contact your team before placing an order and avoid presenting a fixed listing as a confirmed quote.

Give visitors a simple way to browse

Print your catalog QR at reception, on the counter or on material you share with customers. The code opens the service list in a phone browser without a separate customer app. Customers need an internet connection to load it.

You can share the same link with someone who wants to review services before visiting. Use descriptions that answer common questions, and check that your business name and contact information are correct.

Agree appointment times and custom work directly

The catalog presents your offerings. Appointment scheduling, available time slots and job-specific requirements should be confirmed directly with your business. An order submitted through the catalog does not reserve an appointment time.

For printing, confirm files, page counts, paper and finishing requirements with your team. For repairs, confirm the assessment and agreed work before committing to a price. For salons, discuss the requested service and timing with the customer.

Keep the service list accurate

Update prices and descriptions when your offerings change. Hide services you are no longer providing and check the public catalog after saving. Keeping the same shop link lets your printed QR continue pointing to the current list.

If you enable ordering, monitor incoming orders and follow up on any details needed to fulfil them. Customer payment is currently handled at the business. Check your plan and the business’s ordering settings before inviting customers to submit orders.

Prepare your first service catalog

Start with clearly defined offerings, organize them into useful categories and follow the setup guide. Compare current plans for product and business limits.

If you also sell physical products, read the retail catalog guide. You can use the same catalog principles to make both services and products easier to browse.

YOUR NEXT STEP
