ScanKaroMenuSCAN. BROWSE. ORDER.

For restaurants

Your restaurant menu. One QR code away.

Give diners a digital menu they can open on their phone. With ScanKaroMenu, you add your dishes, share a menu link or QR code, and manage incoming orders when ordering is enabled for your business.

A digital menu guests can browse at the table

A restaurant QR menu connects a printed code to an online menu. Guests scan with their phone camera and open the link in their browser. They can browse categories, dish photos and prices without installing a separate customer app.

Use your main menu QR at the entrance or counter. For table service, create table-specific QR codes in your workspace so orders can carry the selected table context. Test each printed code at its intended table before putting it into service.

Build a menu that helps diners choose

Organize your catalog into practical categories such as starters, main courses, drinks and desserts. Give each item a clear name, an accurate price and a photo that represents what you serve. Keep availability current when an item sells out.

Guests should ask your team about allergies, substitutions and special preparation requests before ordering. A photo or dietary label cannot replace a conversation with the restaurant about ingredients.

From a scan to an order

  1. Browse: the guest opens the menu from your QR code.
  2. Choose: when ordering is enabled, they add available items to the cart and review quantities.
  3. Submit: they provide the required contact details and place the order.
  4. Serve: your team checks incoming orders in the workspace and updates their status.

Customer orders currently use payment at the business. Buying a ScanKaroMenu subscription is a separate checkout from paying for a meal. Explain your payment and collection process clearly to guests.

Print once, keep your menu current

Update products in the existing shop rather than creating a new shop for every menu change. A QR code that points to the same shop link can continue opening that shop’s current menu. Changing the shop URL or domain can require a new printed code.

Download your QR, print it with good contrast and leave the clear border around the code. Check it with more than one phone. Keep a printed menu or staff assistance available for guests who cannot scan or do not have an internet connection.

Choose a plan for your restaurant

Compare Basic, Pro and Business on the current pricing section. Review the included catalog and business limits before purchasing. Current prices load from the service; account access depends on your active plan.

Start by trying the sample café menu. It shows the guest experience with demonstration items. Then follow our QR menu setup guide to prepare your own restaurant.
